But, some of the most popular ASMR videos are insane. How does this calm people?? Millions of people listen to a woman CHOMP on pickles. Or listen to someone eat EDIBLE GLUE. Or listen to someone EAT their Gucci shoes. Check YouTube, it’s crazy. This is what it’s come to for us to calm down and go to sleep.

Does anyone remember watching long movies (like ‘Titanic’) on VHS tape and having to switch tapes in the middle of the movie? Like, halfway through the movie it would just stop, and you would have to get up and find the second VHS tape to watch the second half of the movie? Oof, and sometimes the second half wouldn’t be rewound so you had to rewind it for 5 minutes? Kids these days will never know the struggle.
