The one on the right looked down and said, “I’m a girl!” The one in the middle looked down and said, “I’m a boy!” Then, the one in the middle told the one on the left to look down and tell the others whether it was a boy or a girl. The one on the left looked down, and started crying. “What’s wrong?” asked the one in the middle. “I don’t know if I’m a boy or a girl. I looked down, but I still am not sure.” The one in the middle asked, “Why not?” The one on the left said, “Because my socks are yellow!”
I’m all for parents choosing to dress their kids in a gender-neutral way.. but (at least) have some intelligence and STOP BEING OFFENDED when other people don’t recognize what sex your kid is.
