Language Difficulty

  1. Pretty much.

    They say the best way to learn a language is to, literally, immerse yourself in it. Basically, you go somewhere where no one speaks the same language as you do and you’ll pick it up. But, even if you do, you’ll probably speak it with an accent from your native language.

    Also, first generation immigrants tend to not speak the native language of the place they’ve moved to, as it’s more difficult to learn a new language as an adult. Their kids (second generation) tend to pick up the local language pretty well because they were raised in it
