   Surely. In the movie Homeward Bound (the main characters are dogs), Michael J. Fox voices the character of Chance, one of the two dogs. Michael J. Fox the actor has Parkinson’s Disease and the poster is using a play on words here to create BARKinson’s, the joke being that Chance is a dog. (Which is kind of in poor taste). Now you know!

   Gosh, it’s not funny if I have to explain it.

   During the filming of some of his movies, instead of yelling for the character he was supposed to yell for, he would yell, “Doc!” as if he were still in Back to the Future.
