If this was such an issue I would be very detailed while ordering and let them know what happens when they don’t give me the drink as ordered. I also wouldn’t order a typically milk drink at a chain.
@bentBob – You are correct, they should get what they ordered. But we have a case where they didn’t, repetitively. Now if that happened to me more than once and it affected my day as severely as it does this person, I WOULDN’T FUCKING GO THERE! I think we can agree with all that.
The real issue is that if another place that serves that something is non-existent or inconvenient, then maybe you better tell these assholes that they fucked you up last time and get fucking graphic. I hate to advise someone to be a Karen, but you can be graphic and not be rude.

Neither of those are excuses. If you order something at a place that sells that something you should expect to get it.
