   He asked if she wanted to borrow a sweater and her response is “I don’t have any god damn arms”?

   Also BS because you can’t fly without arms..

   What really happened.

   Saw a woman with her arms inside her shirt. Thought she looked cold. Realised after a second that in fact she had no arms
   Sat down. Said nothing.
