Please tell me you’re kidding. You do realise this is a spoof of the whole pictures-in-bathroom thing. Look at the phone, does it have a camera on it? No, no it doesn’t. Someone else is taking the photo, and it’s done all to make fun of people who actually think it’s a good idea.
