  2. Why did so many down vote this? I thought it sounds really helpful, if true.

  3. For losing weight, drink huge amounts of water INBETWEEN each bite. As much as you can. Smaller portions of food balloon up inside the stomach, making you eat less. The water also aids digestion so you become better nourished, and less hungry later. I lost 90 pounds doing this, and only felt a little hungry the first week as my stomach adapted. I went from being close to back surgery to having an 8-pack, with exercise added. Just try it! Helps to chew food thoroughly.
