Perhaps you should leave the rest on, break each one out a bit, lift the car, and THEN fully take the lug nuts off. Right now, you have your vehicle’s full 4,000 pounds of weight against that one nut. It’s not seized, but it still isn’t going anywhere.
Needs more elbow grease.
Did you use the tools as intended or just throw them at the car?
If you have to do that to get it off it’s not worth it.
