  3. God is a narcissist. His very first commandment wasn’t “don’t steal” or “don’t kill” or “don’t be a dick”, it was “I don’t care how many other gods you worship, so long as you like me best”.

God refused mankind the knowledge of good and evil, and then bitched at mankind when they didn’t obey him. How could they have understood betrayal when they weren’t allowed to know that betrayal was bad?

Satan on the other hand, encourages us to learn. It was He who directed us to the Tree of Knowledge. Lucifer, as he is commonly known, means Light-Bringer.

Satan didn’t rebel against god because He didn’t love god, or because he was too prideful to bow down to mankind. On the contrary, He saw mankind as something that god was treating like crap.

It is god who casts human souls into Hell, just as he imprisoned Satan there. Why would Satan torture the few souls he is allowed as company? It is god who condemned humanity to painful childbirth for the actions of one woman, actions that only occurred because he wouldn’t teach us morality and ethics, yet expected to us live morally and ethically anyway.

I, for one, can’t wait to party in Hell.

    Hail Satan.

oh man, you’re so edgy Soup. And your armchair theology rant is so appropriate for lamebook comments sections, too!

  5. Don’t encourage him, it only makes it worse.

  6. Are you kidding? I’m sold!

  7. “Religion is the opiate of the masses”. How true. Get over the fact that you live, then die, and your ugly body decays into an uglier festering pile of decay. Cheerio.

I like how so many people quote that “opiate of the masses quote” yet don’t understand what Marx meant when he said it, nor do they include the rest of the quote. But hey, that’s ignorance for ya.

  9. I like how some people think that they are the only ones who understand what Marx meant when he said “opiate of the masses” and that everyone else is ignorant. But hey, that’s egotism for ya.

I said “so many” not “everybody else but me.” If you leave out the entire quote and imply that it means what it does not, you are wrong. But hey, that’s failing reading comprehension for ya.

  11. ……..and um.. that’s what most people do with quotes from the Bible, too…. ahem. igottago.
