Missing Something…

previous post: Trust Issues

WTF? Really? ‘Like, maybe it’s better I didn’t have kids, because I’m obviously a dumb ass’…

  2. A miscarriage is very sad and traumatic but Sydney’s update represents all that is bad about Facebook. It’s become mouthpiece for those who want to be center stage and constantly under the attention spotlight. We’ve all got somebody in our friend list who gives us a daily dose of their life dramas.

  3. It’s so tragic that no one thought to pray before the event so God didn’t have to kill that baby…

  4. Sydney loved her baby. Leave her alone, Lamebook.
Dead baby jokes aren’t pleasant. So what if she says she doesn’t want ‘that’ kind of attention, but still posts the status. She’s probably wanting attention, BUT not in a sympathetic way.

  5. Dead baby jokes are for the lowest of the low. However – no one has made a dead baby joke. But she should know better than to broadcast something (let’s be fair, has gotta be one of the most painful, emotional experiences you can ever encounter) on Facebook and yet in the same breath ask people not to tell anyone (which she absolutely butchered with the double negative and lack of punctuation).

It’s ok to feel bad for someone, but it’s also ok to know that that same person is an attention seeking dumb ass. THEN AGAIN, she just lost her baby and might not give a fuck what we think.

This is the problem a lot of people seem to have with fb. They post personal info on the site like it was a person they can talk to about anything.

  7. A miscarriage is definitely not a joke, and I have no intention of making light of it. And it can be a tough and emotional thing for couples to go through, speaking from personal experience. And I know that it’s often much harder on the woman than on the man. However, I also know that it doesn’t necessarily turn you into a sad, depressed sack of tears for the rest of your life. People can move past it, and heal.

  8. ^ Christ, Hitler’s become more tolerant since he burned himself in a ditch that time…

  9. What exactly do people think praying after the fact can accomplish? I can at least understand the idea of praying before something happens, but how is it going to help after the damage is done? “Please God, undo that horrible tsunami in japan, that really wasn’t cool.” Am I the only one insulted by that?

  10. hey a wake up call 4 u..when U die..u go 2 eternal sleep….where was ur god when kids were being molested or murdered???????? lets not play da bible shit..this is lamebook not lambook..^^^let it go

  11. I’m an atheist…I only brought that up because I can understand the thought process behind praying before something happens, but praying after seems futile.

  12. Awesome, why don’t you butt the fuck out and let people pray after a tragedy if it helps them get through life? It’s harmless, and it should be obvious that attacking a religious practice on the basis of logic is missing the point. Religion is about faith, and faith does not require logic, humans are not robots.

  13. Personally, I’m just relieved to see that Elsior didn’t butcher this post with his juvenile, virginity-revealing ramblings.

and then a certain cyborg can tell us how fake it is

  15. #4 Yeah she probably doesn’t want pity just a really good recipe for shrimp.

  16. give it time lost dog..i think he just hasnt found it yet..couldnt agree more though..u blieve dat fukr is 44? well dats wat he said neway..check out da posts on “beating wife/keying car”..cant remember wat its called

  17. Yup, I saw that. If he is indeed 44, he is either a herione junkie or mentally handicapped. Or both.

  18. Awesomesaurus, from one Atheist to another: The woman’s just lost her baby. If prayer at any given time is all she has to hold onto, then let her fucking do it.

  19. ^ Saffer, that’s exactly what I said/meant, except everyone disliked my comment. What gives?

  20. she might’ve meant “don’t tell the others we know who don’t have a facebook”…also people tend not to think when they are in great amounts of stress and sadness. I feel sorry for this lady ):
