I’m not sure what the photographer was thinking here. Sure, he put up an explanation, but let’s face it, it’s poppycock.
The American Taliban is active in this area.
The only thing I see here that isn’t appropriate is that someone took a picture of a young girl that isn’t their daughter, from inside their vehicle. That’s kind of creepy. This is kind of stalker type behavior.
